TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SAMPLES:

 Sample will be provided if required without cost. Shipping charge will be for receiver or you can give us your courier account like Fedex, DHL, TNT… All samples are selected from the latest crop and refered to commodities would be shipped.

2. PRICE OFFER:

 Our regularly used terms are FOB, C&F, or CIF from Ho Chi Minh city port which is near source of material can help to reduce cost. Please provide us your nearest sea port so that we can quote you for our competative price with transportation cost.

3. PAYMENT:

·                     Currency: US Dollars.

·                     Method of payment to be arranged by mutual agreement from the following options:

·                     L/C at sight 100% is appreciated.

·                     TT 100% in advance.

·                     TT 30% deposit, 70% after receiving fax/copy of Bill of Lading.

·                     Commercical Invoice.

·                     Detailed Packing list.

·                     Original Bill of Lading.

·                     Certificate of Origin is issued by The Viet Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry if required.

·                     Certificate of Quality is issued by producer or as per requested.

·                     Certificate of Quantity is issued by producer or as per requested.

·                     Certificate of Phytosanitary issued by The Plant Protection Department or as per requested.

·                     Certificate of Health is issued by Authorized Authority or as per requested.

·                     Certificate of Fumigation is issued by Viet Nam Fumigation Company or as per requested.

7. QUANTITY:  At least 1 container 20’FCL.

8. INSPECTION AGENCIES:

·                     Vina Control, IIC Control are inspected by Viet Nam.

·                   SGS, Bureau Vertitas are inspected by oversea services in Viet Nam ( Will be negotiated the paid expense later ).

9. PROBLEM:  If any problem like damages, shortages or bad quality happen, please notify us via fax or email immediately within 7 days of shipment arrival, give us your photo of the damage and documents of authorities if necessary.
